floe is a coworking provider that specialises in underutilised space. We support individuals to ‘find your place’ and landlords to ‘share their space’. We are creating a network of workspaces across the North East and Cumbria, allowing individuals to find workspace around their needs. We also help landlords redevelop their underutilised commercial units into flexible and engaging workspaces. Once the refurbishment is complete our community team manage the space to ensure all members are welcomed into the floe community and receive the support and connections they require.
