Having already been voted the best club in the Aviva Premiership at listening to and communicating with their supporters, Newcastle Falcons are further strengthening this position with a new customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Provided by sports marketing and CRM specialists 4Sight Sport & Leisure, the new system will provide regular up-to-date communication with all supporters, offering exclusive content, news and information.
To launch the new e-communications service a free ticket offer for the home friendly against Doncaster Knights on August 13 will shortly be available for supporters and season ticket members who register or update their details. An ezine will be sent out to all supporters currently signed up, while new registrations will soon be being taken via the official club website.
The offer will be limited to one ticket per person, expiring at 2pm on Friday August 12, with tickets strictly on a collection basis. Season ticket members who already qualify for a free ticket for this game will be entitled to an additional ticket per person if they register or update their details. Information on how to access this offer will be forthcoming in the next few days.
A major part of the club’s communication with supporters will be via a much-improved ezine, an electronic newsletter which brings all the latest Newcastle Falcons news, offers and information direct to your inbox entirely free of charge. Ezine subscribers will be the first to find out about some major player contract news in the very near future, the first to see the club’s new match kit, team announcement news ahead of selected games and exclusive video content.
Supporters who wish to receive information on retail offers, corporate hospitality and Newcastle Thunder rugby league will be able to do so, and via targeted surveys the club will be better able to understand what supporters do and don’t like about the Falcons’ match-day experience.
