A dynamic and exciting twelve month opportunity exists for an experienced playwright to work across Live Theatre and Northumbria University from September 2018.
Live Theatre, a new writing theatre with an international reputation, which has just been nominated for its third Olivier Award for one of its plays, and Northumbria University, Newcastle; nominated for the prestigious University of the Year award in Times Higher Education (THE) Awards 2017, seek an experienced playwright for a dynamic and exciting twelve-month residency.
This residency programme, now in its third year, is a unique opportunity for a playwright with a proven track record of writing for theatre/performance to work across both organisations.
The programme will be flexible, based on the successful candidate’s other commitments, and aims to be tailored to the skills and interests of the successful applicant.
