We’re a canny lot and endeavor to share our world-renowned Geordie hospitality, and ambitious vision for the region, to the world. We work with both the public and private sector, and industry influencers, to support the visitor economy, to help create jobs, and to shape a vibrant destination to visit, live, work and invest in.

As a team that delivers campaigns and projects on a regional, national and international stage, our staff regularly get to travel nationally and internationally as part of their role, build and cultivate their industry networks, host media and stakeholder visits, work on large-scale campaigns, and work with city and regional leaders to create positive change.

But it’s not all work and no play. The team regularly gets involved in events and activity across the region and staff team building, sports days and events.
