The Father’s Day lunch menu features starters such as Duck & Green Peppercorn Terrine, Pickled Blackberry, and Sourdough Toast, Emmer Grain Waffle, Craster Kipper, Curds & Whey and Brown Crab Souffle with a Thermidor Sauce. Mains include

Roast Sirloin of Dexter Beef, Roast Leg of Hillside Lamb, and Roast Cod, served with all the trimmings, followed by a selection of decadent desserts like Apple & Rhubarb Crumble, with Brown Sugar & Miso Custard, Satilia Noire Chocolate Mousse, with Olive Oil Ice Cream and Sea Salt, and Sticky Toffee Pudding, with Butterscotch Sauce and Vanilla Ice Cream.
