Buxton Property was established in September 2019 by directors Gary Simmons and Philip Gifford. With two decades of experience in property management, Philip brings a wealth of industry knowledge to the business. Gary Simmons is the founder of Clearview, a successful property maintenance company which he has grown over the past 30 years into a team of 25 skilled maintenance and trade professionals, covering all aspects of property upkeep.

Recognising the potential to combine their complementary expertise, Gary and Philip created Buxton Property to deliver a truly holistic property management service.

Buxton Property specialises in the management of both residential and commercial properties across the North East.
