For £11 a spin, cocktail lovers drop a coin into the Twist of Fate machine and watch as a brightly coloured capsule tumbles down. Inside lies their fate for the night, one of six limited-edition margarita cocktails crafted by the talented Mother Mercy team. No complicated menu, no agonising over choices, just a delicious surrender to the unknown.

From the fresh and zesty punch of Maid in Mexico, blending tequila, cucumber, mint, lime and absinthe, to the sweet heat of the Mexican Standoff with spicy tequila, pineapple, passionfruit, Aperol and chilli salt, each capsule promises a margarita adventure that never disappoints.
