The North East of England is recognised throughout the country for its work ethic, its sense of pride and its people’s keen sense of humour. Newcastle, often referred to as “the friendly city”, is the perfect venue to host an international film festival.
March/April 2018 sees the launch of the inaugural Newcastle Film Festival (NFFL). This four day event is aimed at bringing together all that is wonderful about the art of movie making with an estimated visitor number of between 40,000 to 60,000 and a global reach of 10 million plus.
