Be an emotionally intelligent leader
Top PAs and EAs are emotionally intelligent leaders; they are very much aware of other people’s feelings and motivations and can encourage effective working practice.
In this session, Heather will look at how true emotional intelligence can be achieved through:
- Understanding people and expressing yourself clearly
- Being confident and assertive and
- Being flexible
Following over 20 years as a secretary and then PA, Heather pioneered specialised training for PAs and administrators in the UK when she established Baker Thompson Associates in January 2000.
She now travels the world enabling Office Professionals to find ways to excel in their roles and contribute to the success of their organisations.
She is the author of 4 Amazon top ten selling books and the creator of the BakerWrite speedwriting system. Heather is very proud to be a Prince’s Trust Business Mentor and a supporter of, and mentor for, Isipho Admin in South Africa.
