Financial Modelling and Analytics for Business Change

Thursday 8th November 2018

UNW is pleased to invite you and your network to join us for breakfast to explore how financial modelling, when aligned with key business drivers, can be the guiding force behind business change.

Financial modelling is a critical tool used by organisations to get the most from their finances. A robust financial model that is guided by specific business drivers can help to clarify the direction of your organisation and provide you with all the information you need to make important strategic decisions.

At our upcoming breakfast seminar on Thursday 8th November 2018, UNW Corporate Finance Manager Michael McCulloch will demonstrate various working models and provide detailed explanations to emphasise the role they can play in supporting business change through improved analysis and decision-making.

He will be joined by UNW Data Analyst Laura Hudson, who will delve into the role of data analytics in modelling for business change and discuss the advantages of combining various types of data to provide deeper business insights. Laura will also explore the power of data visualisation.

This seminar is recommended for Directors and Executives who are considering modelling or are already modelling but may want to enhance what they already do by identifying the key internal and external drivers of their business.
