James Carss joins NRG as Head of Executive Search & Selection and Group Business Development Director
James is a Senior Recruitment Leader with more than 17 years of experience working within Executive Search and selection Firms across the UK, Asia and North America. Having spent his initial 7 years in London working with financial services clients including; JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, Barclays and Goldman Sachs he relocated to Hong Kong in 2005 to manage a global leading recruitment consultancy whilst working with additional clients including HSBC, Citibank and Standard Chartered. After 10 years in Asia, James became director of a recruitment business in North America for 18 months prior to relocating back to his native North East to manage NRG’s core recruitment teams – the business he worked for 17years ago.
Louise Reed, Client Solutions Development Manager focuses on NRG RPO and MSP Solutions to provided tailored services to clients
Louise has 15 years experience in managing and delivering diverse recruitment solutions for clients across the UK, progressing from Business Support Recruitment via Specialist Recruitment and then into Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) management. Louise is focused on ensuring the continued success and growth of the existing NRG RPO ( recruitment process outsourcing )and MSP (managed services ) business as well as connecting with clients across the region to identify, design and implement tailored resourcing solutions to support recruitment strategies and delivery models.
Maxine Dursham is appointed as Head of Marketing for NRG
An experienced marketing professional with strong commercial awareness, Maxine works closely with the wider leadership team to shape and deliver NRG’s marketing strategy and online presence.
Having worked in Finland, London and the North East across, many industry sectors; IT & Telecoms, Manufacturing and Financial Services, most recently with Formica Group, Northern Rock, Sage and Fujitsu, she brings great insight and best practice to the Recruitment sector.
Samantha Turnbull in place as People Development Manager for NRG
As an experienced people, recruitment and HR professional, Samantha has held positions in both PLCs and SMEs, working for the UK’s largest insurance broker, the AA, for almost 10 years, before moving into the business to business sales industry.
As NRG’s People Development Manager, Samantha takes the lead with the development and engagement of our team, as well as HR delivery for the group. Samantha was both a client and a candidate of NRG’s before joining the team at the start of the year. Having always been greatly impressed by NRG’s service, Samantha was delighted to come on board.
