In collaboration with Steve Arthurs of Emporia Brands, Hotel du Vin Newcastle are delighted to confirm a twist to the regular wine dinners hosting an evening of gin with Mayfield Gin of Sussex. Each course will feature a specific gin from their range alongside expertly paired food by our head chef. There will be plenty of gin to sample, from Jindea Single Estate Gin, Mayfield Gin (2 different serves) and Boudier Saffron Gin to Hoxton Pink Gin. But the star offering on the night will be Mayfield Gin. Learn all about this great product and how it started out on a single farm in East Sussex, where columns of hops rise to the sky.
