2017 Training Course Programme

We are delighted to be launching our new 2017 programme of one-day training courses for North East tourism, hospitality and leisure businesses – working in partnership with NewcastleGateshead Initiative.

Our Courses and Trainers
Each of our courses is focused completely on helping tourism businesses improve their sales, productivity and profits. Our trainers are sector specialists from around the country, with years of best practice in the industry, and we tailor each course in advance to the needs of the businesses attending on the day.

10 October – Selling Skills for Restaurants

14 November – Selling More Meetings, Conferences and Events

 A Special Price
 We’re very pleased to be offering a special, discounted course delegate rate of £89 +vat to all NGI partners. This represents a 30%+ discount on our normal price. This special rate includes refreshments and lunch at the venue, and a pack of course materials to take away.

 A Call to Venues
We’d also like to hear from any venues who’d be keen to host one of our courses in the Autumn, in particular on a special or ‘contra deal’ arrangement, whereby we’d guarantee a number of places on our courses to the venue in exchange.
