The Botanist is a bar and restaurant based in Newcastle’s Monument Mall development, set across the top two floors. The unique interior features a large sycamore tree as its centre-piece and both the roof garden terrace and dining areas serve as stunning vista points for views of the city centre.
It boasts an extensive drinks menu serving globally-sourced bottled beers, ciders, cask ales and cocktails. Deli, rotisserie and barbeque-style food is simple and fun – available from 12pm every day. Daily evening gigs and lazy Sunday afternoon sessions provide live music for guests to enjoy as part of their experience.
